ACCOUNT
Account, members and security
Your settings, the people in a workspace, and how your data is protected.
Settings
- Profile: your name and photo.
- Preferences: theme (dark, light or system), the default mode for new tasks, reduced motion and date format.
- Sign-in: how you sign in.
- General, Usage, Security, Members and Billing for the workspace; the Audit log for owners.
Members
Members lists the people in the workspace and the invitations waiting. Owners invite people and set what each may do; a viewer can read but not change.
Security and your data
- Email addresses, phone numbers, card numbers, national identifiers and people's names are removed from a passage before it reaches a model; Security shows what is removed in your workspace.
- When two-factor sign-in is on for your account, signing in asks for a six-digit code, or one of your recovery codes.
- An owner can delete the workspace from General → Danger zone by typing its name.
Getting help
Support, in the dashboard's sidebar and the ? menu in the workspace, searches this guide, takes a report, and shows the state of the service.
- A report has a number, such as SR-1042. The answer comes to the email on your account and appears under Your reports, with the report's status: Open, Answered or Closed.
- Include technical details sends the page you were on, the build, your browser, the window's size and the theme; Show what is sent lists them before you send. Never your location.
- Service status lists each part of the service as Working, Limited or Down. When the document reader is down, uploads are stored and wait until it is back.
